3.5 Save as set out in clause 3.6 below, you shall not bring into (or use within) the Ground any equipment and/or device which, in the reasonable opinion of the Club, is capable of logging, recording, playing, issuing, transmitting or otherwise communicating (whether recorded or live and by digital or other means) any Material in relation to a Match (or any aspect of it), any players or other persons present in the Ground. The Club may inform the police when it becomes aware that tickets are being sold or disposed of illegally and may press for charges to be brought against those breaking this law. If you are convicted of a ticket touting offence, or we reasonably suspect you have committed such an offence, we may notify the Premier League and, if necessary, other Premier League clubs who may in turn notify other football clubs, event holders and/or the UK Football Policing Unit and/or relevant law enforcement authorities. The information that we share may include your personal data, including your name, contact details, information about the offence and about ticket purchases (including payment details). We will use this to identify and prevent ticket touting offences and disorder at matches.
4.3 You may transfer any Matchday Hospitality Tickets you purchase to your Guest(s) for his/her personal use only PROVIDED THAT such transfer or sale takes place: (i) using the official ticket distribution process within your Account; and (ii) in consideration of no payment or benefit in excess of the face value of the Matchday Hospitality Ticket; and (iii) not in the course of any business or for the purpose of facilitating any third party's business. Such transfer to any Guest(s) will be subject to the Terms & Conditions of Entry which will (save for any rights to transfer under this clause) apply to the Guest(s) as if he/she was the original purchaser of the Matchday Hospitality Ticket (and you must inform the Guest(s) of this). You will provide the name and address of your Guest(s) when asked to do so by any official, steward or employee of the Club or any police officer.
4.4 You are responsible for ensuring the good and peaceable conduct of your Guests. You will be responsible to the Club for any costs, claims, damages, expenses or loss incurred by the Club in respect of:

The Club reserves the right to require the immediate return of the Matchday Hospitality Ticket at any time.
4.6 Any Matchday Hospitality Ticket obtained or used in breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry shall be automatically void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such Matchday Hospitality Ticket shall be nullified. Misuse of this Matchday Hospitality Ticket may result in the holder being refused entry to, or ejected from, the Ground in respect of a particular Match and/or the cancellation and withdrawal of the Matchday Hospitality Ticket. In the event of any cancellation and withdrawal in accordance with this clause 4.6, no refund shall be payable. The Club further reserves its right to take any legal action against any persons as it sees fit in connection with such matters, including a claim for an account of profits made from an unauthorized use of the Matchday Hospitality Ticket.
