Ticket Exchange is available to all Hospitality Members within the Main Stand and Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand.
All Hospitality members can sell their matchday hospitality to other fans and buy additional matchday hospitality from other Hospitality Members within the Main Stand and Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand.
What is the Hospitality Ticket Exchange Scheme?
It is a service we offer to Hospitality Season Ticket Holders who are unable to attend home games due to other commitments. Hospitality Season Ticket Holders can release their seat using the Ticket Exchange Scheme and that seat will be made available to other fans to purchase once all the Club's hospitality allocation is sold.

If I have multiple Hospitality Seats, do I have to sell all of them together or can I just sell some of them?
No, you can choose to only sell selected seats, just follow the user guide to find out how.
I have released my Hospitality Season Ticket seat back to the Club via the Ticket Exchange Scheme for a game I now want to attend but my seat has been sold, what do I do?
You will need to purchase a hospitality match ticket (subject to availability) at full price. Please note, depending on what tickets are still available, not all tickets will include matchday hospitality. Click here to check availability.
How do I find out if the Hospitality Season Ticket seat I released back to the Club via Ticket Exchange Scheme has been sold for a specific match?
You can check the status of your seat(s) by logging in to your Liverpool FC | Account . You will also receive an email once your ticket has sold. Alternatively, please call the Hospitality Team on +44 (0)151 264 2222 (option 2), Monday to Friday, between 10am to 4pm.
I have released my Hospitality Season Ticket seat back to the Club via Ticket Exchange Scheme for a game I now want to attend, what do I do?
If your seat is still available, you can remove this from sale. You will need to log in to your - Liverpool FC | Account and select 'Ticket Exchange' from the menu. Follow the online instructions to remove this from sale. Alternatively, please call the Hospitality Team on +44 (0)151 264 2222 (option 2), Monday to Friday, between 10am to 4pm.
I released my Hospitality Season Ticket seat back to the Club via the Ticket Exchange Scheme but it hasn't sold, will I still receive money back?
No, money back will only be applied if your seat has been sold.
How do I receive the money back for selling my Hospitality Season Ticket via Ticket Exchange?
You can select if you would like your refund issued to your Ticket Cash account or to have a BACS refund direct to your bank account. In order to do this please log in to your - Liverpool FC | Account to your account and follow the online instructions on how to do this when selecting the ticket exchange tab. You should receive the money approximately 10 days after the game has taken place.
How much money back will I receive when I sell my Hospitality Seat via Ticket Exchange Scheme?
You will receive an amount equal to 1/23 of the full season ticket value for each seat sold on the exchange. Please click here for terms and conditions
If my seat has not been sold via the Ticket Exchange Scheme can I still use Ticket Distribution to transfer my ticket to somebody else?
Yes you can remove the seat from Ticket Exchange (providing it has not already been sold) and use Ticket Distribution anytime up until 3 hours prior to kick off. Please click here for the user guide.
I have sold some of my Hospitality Seats via the Ticket Exchange Scheme; will whoever buys them be seated on a separate table to me in the lounge?
No, all seating arrangements within the Hospitality areas will remain the same.

Seats will be on sale via Ticket Exchange Scheme up until 24 hours prior to kick off
