Ticket Exchange Terms and Conditions
1. Selling a ticket via Ticket Exchange.
1.1 If you hold a seasonal hospitality pass in any lounge in the Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand or Main Stand you may release seats from your season ticket for sale through the Ticket Exchange system.
1.2 If you are unable to attend a match you can put your seat(s) up for sale by logging into your online ticketing account (hereafter your “Account”) and clicking on Ticket Exchange. We cannot and do not guarantee that any of your released seats will be sold.
1.3 We will decide which matches are eligible for the Ticket Exchange in our sole discretion.
1.4 You may not sell a seat for more than face value of the seat.
1.5 Once you have submitted your seat(s) for resale, you can check the status by logging in to your Liverpool FC | Account to see if your seat(s) have sold.
If your seat has not been sold you may withdraw your seat(s) from resale at any time after submitting for resale.
If your seat has been sold, you will not be able to attend that match and your NFC pass will be deactivated for that match only. You will receive email confirmation that the seat has been sold.
1.6 If your seat has not been sold within 24 hours of kick-off and you want to attend the game, you still have the option to transfer your ticket to a guest via Ticket Transfer (up to 3 hours prior to kick-off) or attend the match yourself.
1.7 If you sell your seat(s), a contract is formed between you and the buyer. We are not a party to the contract but act as agent for you as the seller.
1.8 Liverpool Football Club will credit the value of any seat(s) you sell via the Ticket Exchange in your Hospitality Season Ticket Holder's online account or you can request a BACS refund to your bank account. You should receive the money within 10 days of the applicable match taking place.
1.9 The Ticket Exchange is also available for seasonal hospitality executive box holders. Such supporters may release their box for resale via the Ticket Exchange in accordance with these terms, and the provisions of these terms shall apply equally to such supporters as they do to those wishing to release/resell an individual ticket for a Match. For the avoidance of doubt, where a supporter wishes to release a box for resale via the Ticket Exchange then it must release all seats within such box – such supporter cannot partially release a box for resale.
2. Buying a seat via Ticket Exchange
2.1 If you have a Supporter ID, you may use the Ticket Exchange system to purchase hospitality seat(s).
2.2 You may purchase available tickets by logging into the Hospitality area of the website. We do not guarantee the availability of any seat(s) to any matches.
2.3 If you wish you purchase a seat you shall pay to Liverpool Football Club (as agent for the seller) the full selling price of the seat by credit card or debit card at the time of purchase.
2.4 You will be sent an NFC pass for any seat(s) you purchase. You must bring the NFC pass with you in order to gain access on match day.
2.5 If you purchase a seat a contract is formed between you and the seller, with Liverpool Football Club acting as agent for the Seller.
2.6 Prices are inclusive of VAT (unless otherwise stated). If any processing charges apply, Liverpool Football Club shall notify you and shall add any such charges to the price.
